About Custom Design Products: They are made once an order is placed. This means each product is uniquely made and produced once ordered. Because of this, we do not accept returns/exchanges for Custom Design Products. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, please Contact Us within 7 days after receiving your Custom Design Product.

Shipping: Custom Design Products ship separate from our other products as they come directly from the print provider. To allow for production and shipping time, please allow 8-10 business days to receive the Custom Design Product. Note: If you have other products in your cart, they will ship normal directly from us.
