We are open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time
We are closed all major holidays. Additional company closures will be listed on our website.
All pricing is listed in US funds.
Ordering
Following the placement of the initial order, refer to your cart for order minimum. All accounts will be prepaid with credit card, Paypal or check. No orders are shipped without payment.
You may order from the website, by phone, fax, or mail. However, the recommended ordering method is through the website. This will allow you to see your wholesale discounts, shipping charges, and items that are in stock.
- Online… Navigate to www.hhtatting.com and log in to your wholesale account.
To take advantage of the wholesale discount, you must log into your account to view your discounts. Once logged in, if an item does not show a wholesale discount, do not assume your order will be adjusted to receive the wholesale discount as the item such as limited availability products, newsletters, etc. may not be eligible for wholesale pricing.

Minimum per Item (excluding threads)
If the suggested retail is $15.00 or less, the minimum quantity is two (2) per item number.
If the suggested retail is $15.01 or more, the minimum quantity is one (1) unless stated otherwise.
Thread minimums
To purchase thread, a minimum quantity per color is required (i.e. 5 or more, 2 or more, etc.). Depending on your wholesale status, thread minimums can vary. Please refer to the shopping page to view your minimum.
Pricing and Discounts
Typically, the general discount for books, patterns, and booklets is 40%. For supplies and threads, the discount is 50%.
Please note, these are the general discounts, there may be a few items that have a different discount or no discount at all. When logged into the website, the appropriate discounts will be shown.
Prices and discounts are subjected to change without notice.
Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit card, check, PayPal, or money orders. US funds only.

Returns or Exchanges
At this time, we do not accept returns for wholesale accounts.
Notify Me
For items that we know are currently not available, a notification button will appear by the item. Clicking on this button will allow you to enter an email address. Once the item is back in stock, you will receive an automatic email letting you know the item is in stock and you can visit our website to place an order. By entering your email address in this notification, we do not automatically add your email to any distribution lists.
Out of Stock / Backorders
We make every effort to maintain our website based on our current inventory. However, in some cases, our website lists an item as available, but is actually out of stock. Therefore, if an item you ordered is out of stock, we remove the item from your order, and adjust your total. If you want to be contacted when the out of stock item is available, please Contact Us.
We regret at this time we do not backorder items for wholesale accounts.
Inactive Accounts
No activity within the previous 18 month period will cancel any account status and you will be required to re-apply for a wholesale account.
Handy Hands reserves the right to inactivate a wholesale account.
