How we confirm your order
When you place an order online, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email and a second email when your order ships which includes a tracking number. If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam folder and make sure you are set to receive emails from [email protected].
If you place an order by phone, fax or mail, there are no automatic emails with tracking numbers generated. For international orders, we will email you your invoice and tracking number for your order.
When will my order be shipped?
For domestic orders, Handy Hands typically processes orders within 1 to 2 business days of receipt of the order. For orders over $300, please allow an additional business day to process. For orders over $700, please allow an approximately 4 business days to process. These order processing times are estimates; it is our goal to process orders as quickly as possible so that you can receive your items in a timely manner.
For international orders, Handy Hands typically processes orders within 2 to 3 business days of receipt of the order. For orders over $300, please allow 1 additional business day to process. For orders over $1000, please allow your order to be processed within 5 to 7 business days. These order processing times are estimates; it is our goal to process orders as quickly as possible so that you can receive your items in a timely manner.
Shipping and handling costs
Shipping cost: Once your order is packed, shipping is calculated to determine the shipping cost including insurance. You will be charged this shipping cost with NO additional handling fees. If this shipping cost is significantly less than the shipping charge listed on your online order, an adjustment will be made to your order and you will receive a refund based on your original payment. For example, if the shipping cost is $2.00 cheaper than what was listed on your original order an adjustment will be made. Typical shipping methods by location:
- Shipping within the continental USA: Shipped by standard ground UPS insured.
- Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories: Shipped US Postal Service priority mail insured. Flat rate boxes will be used when possible.
- Shipping Internationally: Shipped US International Priority Mail insured, UPS, or FedEx international discount rates.
Rush orders
If you need an order quickly to meet your business needs, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can work with you to accommodate your needs. As always, customer service is important to us and we will do our best to process and ship your order in a timely manner.
Combining international orders
If we are processing more than one order for you at a time that has the same shipping address, we will do our best to combine the orders to save on shipping charges. Please keep in mind, this is a manual catch and we have multiple individuals processing your order. Please place a comment with the order or Contact Us as quickly as possible to let us know to combine orders. Please remember, once the order has shipped (a tracking number is sent), then we can no longer combine the orders.
If you do not want orders with the same shipping address combined, please include a comment within the order or Contact Us as soon as possible after placing the order.
Once your order has shipped (Domestic)
When an order is shipped, tracking information is sent to the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address and monitor the progress of their package in transit.
Once your order has shipped (International orders)
When an order is shipped, tracking information is sent to the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address and monitor the progress of their package in transit.
Once a shipment has left domestic handling and entered international borders, Handy Hands is no longer responsible for the tracking of said shipment. All inquiries, from the time of entering international borders, must be taken up by the customer with their local delivery service.
It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Handy Hands of a lost or damaged package in a timely manner.
Customs and country fees (International orders)
For all deliveries outside of the United States, in addition to appropriate international shipping charges, you will be responsible for any and all local taxes, duties, tariffs or other similar charges or imposition associated with your purchase, if any. By placing your order, you are agreeing that you will be responsible for and will pay, as due, all such charges, as applicable.
All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost. Handy Hands cannot mark any package(s) as a “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees.
Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion.

When your package arrives
When you receive your package, please make sure you received everything you ordered. Please count all your items and make sure nothing is hidden in the packaging.
If anything appears to be missing or incorrect, please check the sales order receipt that came with your box to confirm if an item was canceled.
My package is missing
Please check the provided tracking information with your order. If you have a concern that your package is lost, please Contact Us immediately.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address, track their package, and notify Handy Hands of a lost or damaged package in a timely manner. Go to the Contact Us page to contact us.
My order has item(s) that are either missing, damaged, or incorrect
Please Contact Us within 5 business days of receipt of order for missing or incorrect items or if any item has been damaged due to shipping.
My item is defective
In the rare instance you received a product that appears to be defective, please Contact Us and if possible, please email a picture of the defective product to [email protected].
