Out of Stock / Backorders (Domestic Only)
Although we try to keep every item in stock, some items you wish to order are not immediately available for shipment.

For items that we know are currently not available, a notification button will appear by the item. Clicking on this button will allow you to enter an email address. Once the item is back in stock, you will receive an automatic email letting you know the item is in stock and you can visit our website to place an order. By entering your email address in this notification, we do not automatically add your email to any distribution lists.
We make every effort to maintain our website based on our current inventory. However, in some cases, our website lists an item as available, but is actually out of stock. Therefore, If an item you ordered is out of stock and you have indicated you are okay with backorders (option at Checkout), we will place your item on backorder. Please note, there are no shipping charges for backordered items ONLY. The following is how payment is managed:
- For orders paid by credit card: Your original order will be adjusted to omit the backordered item(s) and the sales order receipt, which is affixed to the outside of the box, will indicate the item(s) that were backordered. Once the backordered item is in stock, we will contact you to confirm you still want the backordered item(s). If so, we will obtain payment information at that time and ship the backorder.
- For prepaid orders (i.e. PayPal, checks): We will place the item on backorder and the sales order receipt, which is affixed to the outside of the box, will indicate the backordered item(s). Once the backordered item is in stock, we will automatically ship.
NOTE: We do not add to backorders or make changes to quantities. If you would like to purchase additional items, we create a new order for those items and regular shipping charges will apply.
