When will my order ship?

Handy Hands typically processes orders within 1 to 2 business days of receipt of the order. For orders over $300, please allow an additional business day to process. For hours of operation, please check out our Contact Us page.

How we confirm your order

When you place an order online, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email and a second email when your order ships which includes a tracking number. If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam folder and make sure you are set to receive emails from [email protected].

When you place an order over the phone, fax, or by mail, there are no automatic emails with tracking numbers generated. If you wish to receive a tracking number for your order, please request at the time of your order and provide the desired email address.

Once your order has shipped

When an order is shipped, tracking information is sent to the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address and monitor the progress of their package in transit.

When your package arrives

When your package arrives, please make sure you received everything you ordered. Please count all your items and make sure nothing is hidden in the packaging.

If anything appears to be missing or incorrect, please check the sales order receipt that is affixed to the outside of the box to confirm if an item was canceled or placed on back order.

If all items received is correct and match the sales order, but you no longer want one or more of the items, please refer to the Returns page or Exchange page.

My package is missing

Please check the provided tracking information with your order. If you have a concern that your package is lost, please Contact Us immediately.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address, track their package, and notify Handy Hands of a lost or damaged package in a timely manner. Go to the Contact Us page to contact us.

My order has item(s) that are either missing, damaged, or incorrect

Please Contact Us within 2 business days of receipt of order for missing/incorrect items or if any item has been damaged due to shipping.

It is important to us to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase and we will do our best to make things right.

My item is defective

In the rare instance you received a product that appears to be defective, please Contact Us and if possible, please email a picture of the defective product to [email protected].

I wish to make a return or exchange
