When will my order ship?
For domestic shipping addresses, Handy Hands typically processes orders within 1 to 2 business days of receipt of the order. For orders over $300, please allow an additional business day to process. For additional information, refer to our Domestic Shipping page.
For international orders, please refer to our International Shipping page.
What does "Shipping our preference" mean?
If you select “Shipping our preference,” our standard shipping policy (Domestic Shipping Addresses) is to ship your package via USPS Priority Mail. In some cases, depending on package size and the shipping address, we may ship your package UPS or FedEx.
However, you have the option to select USPS Priority Mail or UPS if you have a specific preference.
Can I return or exchange an item?

We can combine orders and adjust shipping charges so long as:
